Role Description The Export Coordinator is a full-time hybrid role based in Tampa, FL, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for preparing and managing export documentation, coordinating shipments, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with customers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to confirm orders, track shipments, and resolve issues. The Export Coordinator will monitor ocean export schedules, maintain accurate records, and support customers with timely information and service. The role also involves updating internal systems, assisting with rate quotations, and contributing to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong export documentation skills, including preparation of commercial invoices, packing lists, and related shipping documents.
• Knowledge of ocean export procedures and international shipping practices.
• Effective communication and customer service skills for interacting with global clients and logistics partners.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing multiple shipments and deadlines.
• Understanding of basic trade compliance concepts, such as Incoterms and export regulations, is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
• Previous experience in export coordination, logistics, documentation or international trade
