Call Center Representative

Job Title: Part-Time Call Center Representative (Hybrid) Location: Wildomar, CA Shift Options: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM or 1:00 PM–5:00 PM Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Combination of Onsite and Remote) Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team in Wildomar, CA. This hybrid role is ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with customers, making high-volume outbound calls, and delivering exceptional service. The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective and existing customers, gathering information, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records in company systems. Key Responsibilities Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to prospective and existing customers Follow call scripts and communication guidelines while maintaining a professional and engaging approach Schedule appointments and provide information regarding products, services, or programs Accurately document customer interactions and update records in the CRM system Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals Handle customer inquiries and route calls as appropriate Maintain confidentiality and professionalism during all customer interactions Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and results Qualifications Previous call center, customer service, telemarketing, inside sales, or appointment-setting experience preferred Strong verbal communication and active listening skills Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls throughout the shift Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously Excellent organizational and time-management skills Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace when working remotely High school diploma or equivalent preferred What We Offer Hybrid work environment Supportive team culture Training and ongoing coaching Opportunity to develop customer service and communication skills Pay: $22.00 per hour Benefit offerings: include medical, dental, vision, additional voluntary benefits, 401K plan.
