Coordinator - Marketing & Promotions

Foster an environment that embodies Bally’s Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled, entertaining atmosphere Enthusiastically promote Bally’s customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations Adhere to policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements, Company initiatives, and organizational goals Perform the duties and responsibilities associated with the Illinois Gaming Board Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program Coordinate the planning, setup, execution, and reporting of casino promotions, drawings, tournaments, giveaways and special events Build, test and maintain promotions within Trilogy and Bally Rewards kiosk systems, ensuring accuracy before launch Coordinate promotional drawings, including activation, winner selection, verification, prize fulfillment, documentation, and reporting Create and maintain promotion rules, operational instructions, calendars, checklists, winner records, and departmental documentation Develop and proofread guest-facing promotional messaging, signage, internal communications, and employee talking points Provide guest support and troubleshoot promotional offers, kiosks, prizes, and operational issues, escalating when appropriate Own assigned promotions from planning through completion, proactively managing deadlines, identifying potential issues, and keeping Marketing leadership informed Execute drawings and events as needed on the casino floor Perform other duties as assigned Compensation: Target Rate: $25.00/Hour Additional Benefits: $7 Daily Employee Parking Physical Demands & Work Environment: Regularly required to see, talk, hear, walk, and stand Frequently required to use hands to handle, feel, and reach Occasionally required to sit or stoop Must occasionally lift and or move up to 30 pounds The work environment is fast-paced and contains bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations. Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. A minimum of six months of related experience and training. Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must be proficient in the entire Microsoft Suite and must be able to learn other software systems easily. Must be able to work weekends, weeknights, and holidays.
