Patient Safety Specialist

Midland-Health-2 seeks a Behavioral Health Assistant to provide continuous patient observation and safety within a day-shift setting. You will use AvaSys TeleSitter to monitor patients, redirect behaviors, and summon staff as needed.
You will communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to promote safety and dignity, while following all regulatory guidelines. High school diploma or equivalent is required and a Texas CNA certification is preferred.
