Our Assistant Managers are full‑time, salaried positions that oversee production and assist with store operations, including achieving overall performance goals with sales, customer service, product quality, and staff development. Our Ideal Candidate Current ready‑to‑advance Assistant Manager or Supervisor from a retail or restaurant environment, passionate about personal, hands‑on service for customers, and able to demonstrate growth in previous roles. Must not compromise on product quality and must understand how different costs affect profitability. Wants to build relationships in the community and increase sales for the store. Great coach who can identify and develop talent; experience hiring seasonal workers is a plus. What Makes Us Different? We’re a 65+ year old brand with uncompromised quality but with a flexible approach. Closed on Sundays, and other than four or five weeks a year, managers typically work about 50 hours per week. Physical demands include bending, stooping, standing for long periods, twisting and lifting products and supplies that may weigh up to 65 lbs, and working with a hot torch.
