Job DescriptionJob Description:We are seeking highly experienced Certified Scrum Masters to join our team. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible to ensure that the scrum framework, its values, and principles are being promoted and followed by the scrum team, Product Owner, and team stakeholders.Scrum Master: Experience: 8–12 years overall, 5+ years as Scrum MasterRole Focus:Scrum executionTeam coachingDelivery facilitationImpediment removalSprint health and metricsSAFe team-level implementationSenior Scrum Master / Delivery Scrum Master: Experience: 12+ years overall, 7+ years as Scrum MasterRole Focus:Multiple Scrum teamsCross-team dependency managementProgram-level Agile governanceSAFe execution supportPI Planning coordinationDelivery predictability and reportingStakeholder and leadership alignmentMentoring junior Scrum MastersResponsibilities:Act as a coach to ensure that the team lives agile values and principles and follows the agreed agile processes and practices, while allowing flexibility for the team to improve the ways of working and effectivenessEstablish and maintain an environment where the team can be effectiveHelp to remove any obstacles that the team may encounter, protect the agile team from external interruptions to execution and assist in conflict resolutionResponsible for maximizing the value and utilization of the productExperience identifying impediments to process flow hindering the team’s ability to deliverRequirements:Experience with multiple teamsAccountable for one-two Scrum teams of high-medium complexityApplied knowledge on scaled agile frameworkAble to help other scrum masters in the organization to adopt Agile practicesBachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience Certification for Scrum Master role is essential from affiliation such as Scrum.org, (PSM) Scrumalliance.org (CSM), Scaledagile.comCoaching Certifications is preferredCertifications within Continuous Improvement disciplines and/or Agile Practices is preferredPreferred Skills:Although the Scrum Master is not a technical role, a certain amount of technical knowledge about software development is necessary to be able to support the Scrum team properlyJoin our team and use your skills to lead and manage the development of high-quality software solutions by playing Scrum Master role.
