We are partnering with a leading fire protection contractor that is actively seeking an experienced Fire Sprinkler Project Manager to oversee high-profile projects across Colorado. Responsibilities

Manage fire sprinkler projects from contract award through closeout.
Coordinate schedules, budgets, manpower, materials, and subcontractors.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, general contractors, and project stakeholders.
Review project drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure successful execution.
Monitor project profitability, change orders, and job progress.
Partner with design, fabrication, and field installation teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

3+ years of Fire Sprinkler Project Management experience.
Strong knowledge of NFPA codes, fire sprinkler systems, and construction practices.
Experience managing commercial, industrial, healthcare, multifamily, or large construction projects.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication, leadership, and customer relationship skills.
NICET certification is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

$80,000 - $140,000+ base salary depending on experience.
