Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist | Hybrid - Chicago Loop | $35-$45/hr

Are you an experienced recruiter who enjoys owning the hiring process from start to finish? We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for a hybrid opportunity in Chicago's Loop. This position will begin on a temporary basis with the potential to convert to a permanent role.

You'll partner directly with hiring managers, develop sourcing strategies, manage candidate pipelines, and help deliver an excellent experience throughout the recruiting process.

Pay: $35-$45/hour

Location: Chicago Loop

Schedule: Hybrid

Employment Type: Temporary with potential for temporary-to-hire

What You'll Do:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple openings
• Conduct intake meetings and consult with hiring managers on talent needs
• Source and proactively engage candidates
• Screen candidates and coordinate the interview and selection process
• Manage candidate pipelines and recruiting activity within the ATS
• Provide market insight and recruiting recommendations to internal stakeholders
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring teams
• Support talent acquisition projects and process improvements

What We're Looking For:

• Strong full-cycle recruiting experience
• Corporate talent acquisition experience preferred
• Proven sourcing and candidate engagement skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• ATS and recruiting technology experience
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently

Pay Details: $35.00 to $45.00 per hour
