Job Description Job Description Job Title: Experienced Recruiter Location: Commerce & Gardena, CA Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pay: DOE (Depending on Experience) We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team, supporting operations in both Commerce and Gardena. This role requires a strong ability to source, screen, and place qualified candidates in a fast-paced staffing environment. Key Responsibilities: Source and recruit candidates through job boards, social media, and other platforms Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications Coordinate onboarding and ensure compliance with hiring requirements Maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers Manage multiple requisitions and meet hiring deadlines Provide excellent customer service to clients and employees Qualifications: Proven experience in recruiting (staffing agency experience preferred) Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Reliable transportation to travel between locations (if needed) Company Description At Team 360 Staffing, we provide customized recruitment and staffing solutions that connect businesses with top talent worldwide.
