By joining us, you don’t just become part of our success story; you help shape the future and continue our rich legacy that started back in 1874.Join us as aProject Manager LPC Your main responsibilitiesThe Project Manager for the Large Project Center (LPC) is responsible for leading large projects from early sales involvement through award, engineering, procurement, and installation readiness.Essential Functions:Lead the transition of large projects through financial awardLead the transition of large projects from award into engineeringLead the engagement/transition of large projects from engineering into supply chainCommunicate with Project Managers throughout the engineering and procurement process focusing on areas of concernParticipate in sales efforts of Major Projects as needed.Document process gaps, publish and enforce best practices based on experience and lessons learnedMaintain and manage the major project national installation resource scheduleMaintain and manage the major project assets (installation tools, project specific equipment, etc.)What you bringBachelors degree preferredProject Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus5+ years of experience preferably in a similar function or industry Experience working in cross functional roles across direct/indirect reportsExperience in construction project cost forecastingStrong project management and capacity planning skillsHigh level of business acumen Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAdvanced computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (strong excel skills required), MS-Project and SAPAbility to effectively communicate and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across all levels and disciplines. Revisions to the range may be considered based on your experience, education, location, demonstrated skills, and alignment with business priorities.
