Senior Structural Engineer - Buildings

We foster a culture of inclusion throughout our company and within our communities, constantly asking ourselves: “What is our impact on the world?” In the role of Senior Structural Engineer – Buildings, we’ll rely on you to: Serve as a technical expert with recognized authority in structural engineering on projects; resolve complex problems of greater scope and complexity. Plan and develop projects or design activities. Plan, organize, and supervise the work of medium‑to‑large teams of professionals and technicians. Act as Project Manager on larger projects, although project management is not the sole focus of this position. Perform other duties as needed. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or in Architectural Engineering with Structural Emphasis. Experience with Revit and Navisworks. Experience writing proposals. Knowledge of ACI 350, AWWA D100, and API 650. Previous experience with structural investigations and rehabilitation design. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. Minimum of 10 years of structural engineering experience related to building design. Professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board for the location of the position (e.g., PE or P.Eng). Proficiency with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, RAM, ETABS, SAFE, or similar analytical software. Experience in design calculations and layouts. Ability to design and detail in steel, concrete, masonry, and wood. Understanding of gravity analysis and lateral analysis.
