Job Description As a Security Officer Access Control Compliance in Lewisville, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer supporting a financial institution location. You will manage entry points, verify credentials, issue and monitor badges, conduct routine patrols, and help to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $25.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon02:00 PM - 10:00 PMTue02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSat10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sun02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You\'ll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorization credentials, and manage visitor access in accordance with established procedures. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly communicating observations to appropriate personnel. Maintain accurate access-related logs, visitor records, and incident documentation as required by site procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, lobby areas, and the business perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Minimum Requirements: At least 2 years of Security Experience is required. Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
