This position involves providing guidance to team members, driving sales initiatives, maintaining excellent customer service, and overseeing day-to-day store activities. Join us in creating a positive and successful retail environment!Key Responsibilities:Assist the Shop Manager in providing effective leadership to the retail team, fostering a sales- focused and customer-focused environment.Motivate and guide team members to achieve individual and collective sales goals.Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail location in accordance with company guidelines.Ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards and product presentation.Assist in resolving customer and employee concerns in a professional and timely manner.Aid in training and developing team members on company programs, policies, and procedures.Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers through effective engagement.Assist in managing procedures related to cash handling, protection of company assets, and banking.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, ethical standards, and safety protocols.Assist with inventory management.
