Automation / SOAR Engineer

Position Overview

The Automation/SOAR Engineer is responsible for implementing emerging cybersecurity capabilities and response automation. This role supports configuration and implementation of SOAR tools, automation platforms, response workflows, and related cybersecurity technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and implement SOAR and cybersecurity automation platforms.
• Develop automated incident response and containment workflows.
• Create and maintain automation playbooks and response procedures.
• Integrate automation capabilities with SOC/NOC, SIEM, and security engineering functions.
• Support emerging cybersecurity technology implementation and tuning.
• Document automation workflows, operational procedures, and handoff materials.

Qualifications and Experience

Experience implementing SOAR, cybersecurity automation, incident response automation, or orchestration capabilities in an enterprise environment. Strong technical background in security tool integration, scripting, APIs, playbooks, and operational cybersecurity support.

Certification Requirement
