Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Travelers Rest, SC (Onsite) Pay Rate (target): $74.87/hour (W2) Schedule: Varied weekdays 8:30am–7:30pm + every other weekend (holiday rotations possible) Location: Travelers Rest, SC (onsite, patient-facing) Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Position Overview We’re hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) for an onsite primary/urgent care clinic setting. In this role, you’ll deliver evidence-based family practice care across a broad patient population, partnering with a clinical support team to drive strong patient outcomes. What You’ll Do (FNP Scope) Provide family practice care including assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up plans Treat common acute illnesses/injuries and support ongoing primary care needs Deliver patient education, preventive care, and wellness counseling Coordinate care and referrals as appropriate; document care accurately Support basic clinic operations as needed (opening/closing, inventory, patient follow-up, maintaining a clean environment) Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Required Qualifications Active Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license/credential in South Carolina (in good standing; no disciplinary actions) BLS certification (AHA or ARC) Prior Primary Care or Urgent Care experience (required) Ability to work onsite in a patient-facing environment High School Diploma or GED (verifiable) Additional Notes DEA registration may be required during onboarding Schedule includes every other weekend and possible holiday rotation #J-18808-Ljbffr A-Line Staffing Solutions
