• Welcome and guide prospective residents through available units, highlighting features and answering questions to support informed decisions.
• Maintain accurate resident and applicant files; process applications and related documentation in a timely, compliant manner.
• Log, coordinate, and follow up on maintenance requests to ensure quick resolution and resident satisfaction.
• Conduct routine property and unit inspections to uphold community standards and readiness.
• Build strong relationships with residents, responding promptly to concerns and helping foster a positive living experience.
• Partner with the Property Manager to brainstorm and support marketing initiatives that attract qualified prospects.
• Prepare leases and associated paperwork with care and accuracy from start to finish.
• Contribute to occupancy and retention targets through attentive service and thorough follow-up.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background in leasing, property management, or related customer-focused roles preferred.
• Clear, friendly communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and familiarity with property management software.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and manage time well in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Collaborative mindset, upbeat attitude, and a genuine passion for customer service.
