Supporting financial institutions remotely, the full-time Fraud Solutions Consultant will provide fraud-related reporting, analysis, and recommendations to enhance ATM/debit card fraud management performance. Key responsibilities Provide consultative support and fraud mitigation recommendations to lower risk and losses for clients Manage client relationships and communication strategies, ensuring professional and timely feedback Support Fraud Operations by handling inbound/outbound contacts and assisting team members Required qualifications Experience in banking, financial services, fraud, or compliance Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to provide accurate and detailed reporting
