Job Title: Senior Manager, US Portfolio Marketing, Rare Blood Disorders Location: Cambridge, MA About the Role We are looking for a Senior Manager of US Portfolio Marketing who will develop and lead marketing projects and operations essential to the success of the team. The position reports to the Head, US Portfolio Marketing and focuses on the Hemophilia Franchise. The role supports a cohesive strategy across the team by collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities Core partner to the Associate Director of the Hemophilia Franchise to support implementation of the One Hemophilia Approach and Strategy across the PSS Team Commercial (CoRe, Clinical Educator, FRM). Execution of resource creation and implementation (unbranded and branded) for the PSS Field Team. Collaborate with the PSS Training Team to implement resources. Represent the Hemophilia Franchise on the CE Field Advisory Board, providing insight exchange. Represent the Hemophilia Franchise on the CoRe Field Advisory Board, providing insight exchange. Support the Associate Director of Hemophilia Franchise Marketing with global tactic asset implementation for the PSS Team. Core contributor to the Hemophilia Franchise Marketing Plan. Lead World Hemophilia Day implementation for the PSS Team. Implement One Hem Tactics across U.S. Patient National Congresses. Represent on Congress Planning Calls (PSS Focus). AOR management in partnership with the Associate Director of the Hemophilia Franchise Marketing. Required Qualifications Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) degree (Marketing degree preferred). 3 years of marketing experience in a pharmaceutical, healthcare, or biotech company, or experience in an advertising/marketing firm serving these industries. Ability to travel approximately 25%. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Promotional Review Board (PRB). Experience working with business line (BL) teams. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. Excellent collaboration skills and ability to partner effectively with cross‑functional partners. Experience managing creative agencies and/or other third‑party vendors. Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects. Strong business acumen and demonstrated communication and presentation skills. Experience in the legal and regulatory landscape pertaining to pharmaceutical marketing, including medical/legal/regulatory review processes. Highly organized and detail‑oriented. Desire to learn, develop, and grow within the role and team. Experience with Veeva 4M PromoMats preferred. Benefits Competitive salary range: $122,250.00 – $176,583.33 (based on experience).
