We’re an energetic team looking for a Financial Services Representative to guide customers on their financial journey. As a Financial Services Representative, you’re the face of World Finance – empathizing, empowering, and engaging with our customers.### The primary responsibility of the Financial Services Representative is to assist the Branch Manager in operating the branch effectively and efficiently and to maximize growth. This position is expected to utilize sound lending skills, maximize potential profits, and follow policies for effective collection of accounts. This position is also responsible for providing excellent customer service which is an essential part of marketing the branch and Company culture.**Hourly Pay: $15 - $17****What you’ll do:*** Guide customers toward upward credit mobility through good financial choices.* Provide top-tier customer service, assisting customers with questions, concerns, and products.* Process and prepare loan applications.* Take and process payments.* Prepare loan documents and execute loan closing on current renewal loans.* Balance assigned cash drawer daily.* Prepare and complete the daily branch bank deposit and possibly transport money (operating cash, interim deposits, daily deposits) to and from the bank.* Maintain strong customer relationships and build community within your branch.* Other duties include but are not limited to: + Call approved and unmade applications to close loans daily. + Help build tax clientele and provide tax services. + Send complete and accurate credit denial letters within 30 days from the date of application. + Pay branch expenses as instructed by Branch Manager.**Experience (and Requirements) that will WOW us!*** Must be able to demonstrate self-confidence and organizational skills.* A history of choosing kindness, showing compassion, and helping others.* The willingness to seek quality-driven solutions and embrace new ideas.* Absolute team player – pitching in when needed and accepting help, too.* To perform this job successfully, an employee must have basic computer skills.* A valid driver’s license & access to a dependable vehicle.* ### Must possess a valid driver’s license & reliable transportation to independently transport bank deposits and fulfill other required job responsibilities.**Why World?*** We hire from within: we want to see you grow and climb in this company. + Each year, we promote 80% of Financial Services Reps to management. + 75% of World’s Operations Executives moved up from a similar role.* We pay you to give back: employees get paid volunteer hours each year.* Health, dental, vision, and life insurance are available to full time team members the 1st of the month following 30 days.* Paid holidays, vacation time, and a 401(k) plan (including company match).* Be part of a team with clear values, strong community, and a sense of belonging.* We’ll get you home for dinner: your life outside of work is priority #1* You’ll make a positive impact on the lives of the customers you serve.**Who is World?**Since 1962, World Finance has helped millions of people unlock their financial good.
