As a Data Management Analyst 4 - Contingent, you will be part of the Data & Analytics department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and proactive problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Gather and analyze business requirements to support the development of a comprehensive compensation data module.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity on project goals and deliverables.
• Coordinate testing activities and manage dependencies across teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation, including data definitions, operating procedures, and security protocols.
• Support the establishment of new data governance and operating practices within Microsoft Fabric environment.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and data analytics.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data management, and technical documentation.
• Experience with Power BI and MS Fabric is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of compensation, HR, or financial services data is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
