Overview:
Our practice in Tuscaloosa is seeking a Physician (MD/DO) to provide comprehensive primary and urgent care services to patients. This role offers a consistent weekday schedule within a growth-oriented practice environment.

Position Offers:

• Schedule: Monday Thursday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM 2:00 PM
• Competitive compensation: $260,000+ per year (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary and urgent care services to patients
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions in an outpatient setting
• Perform patient evaluations, histories, and physical examinations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests as clinically indicated
• Document patient encounters accurately in the medical record
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure coordinated patient care
• Educate patients on preventive care and ongoing health management

Qualifications:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related field
• Active, current Physician (MD/DO) licensure in Alabama, or eligibility
• Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills
