Job Description: Tech Lead
We are seeking a highly skilled Architecture Specialist with a strong background in Firmware Over The Air (OTA) Development. The ideal candidate will have 5 7 years of experience in architecture design and implementation, with a focus on firmware solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of OTA processes and technologies, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop architecture solutions for firmware OTA updates, ensuring reliability and security.
Collaborate with software and hardware teams to define requirements and specifications for OTA processes.
Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments to evaluate new technologies and methodologies.
Lead the implementation of OTA solutions, including testing and validation of firmware updates.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Document architecture designs, processes, and best practices for future reference.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in firmware development and OTA technologies.
Mandatory Skills:
Strong expertise in Firmware OTA Development.
Proficient in embedded systems and firmware architecture.
Experience with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines.
Solid understanding of security protocols and best practices for OTA updates.
Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with cloud based OTA solutions and IoT frameworks.
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Knowledge of wireless communication protocols (e.g., Wi Fi, Bluetooth).
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
5 7 years of experience in firmware development and architecture.
Proven track record of successful OTA project implementations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
