Our client is a fast-growing, analyst-recognized enterprise risk and compliance software company serving large, highly regulated organizations. With a newly built executive team, strong enterprise momentum, and AI built into the core of its platform, they are building out their first strategic sales team to focus on Fortune 500/1000 accounts across North America.
Job Description:
- Build a Territory from Scratch: Own a named list of roughly 150 large enterprise accounts, many with little prior outbound, and create most of your own pipeline through targeted outreach and partner collaboration.
- Run Complex Enterprise Deals: Lead 6+ month, multi-stakeholder cycles as the quarterback of an internal deal team, selling to security, risk, and compliance executives.
- Land and Expand: Win the initial deal and grow it across additional applications and teams over time.
Requirements:
- 8+ years selling Enterprise SaaS Agreements into large enterprise or named accounts, with consistent overachievement against a $1.5M+ quota.
- A proven track record as a true hunter who self-sources pipeline and owns outbound; experience selling to CIO or CISO buyers is highly valued.
- Strong organization, AI fluency, and the ability to manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
Fully remote, but candidates must reside in territory and be willing to travel upwards of 30% - This opening is for the Midwest Region and candidates can be based in Chicago, Il, Minneapolis, MN or Detroit, MI. Job #5850 Base Salary: $145,000 - $175,000 Total Comp: $290,000 - $350,000
