Landscape Production Manager

Production Manager – Landscape ConstructionWe are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee our landscape construction operations. This leadership role is responsible for managing field crews, coordinating daily production, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate is an organized leader with strong landscape construction experience and a passion for delivering exceptional outdoor spaces.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily landscape construction operations from project start through completion.Supervise, train, and motivate field crews while promoting safety and teamwork.Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure work is completed efficiently and on time.Conduct regular job site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors to keep projects moving.Ensure all work meets company standards and client expectations.Communicate with clients, project managers, and vendors to provide updates and resolve issues.Oversee equipment and material inventory and ensure crews have the resources needed for each projectQualificationsMinimum of 5 years of experience in landscape construction with leadership experience as a Crew Leader, Foreman, or similar role.Previous production or operations management experience is preferred.Strong knowledge of grading, hardscapes, drainage, masonry, plant installation, and outdoor living construction.Experience with custom pool projects is a plus.Ability to safely operate equipment such as excavators, skid steers, and loaders.Valid driver's license required; CDL and DOT Medical Card eligibility are preferred.Basic computer skills and the ability to perform field measurements and material takeoffs.Strong English communication skills are required; conversational Spanish is highly preferred.Ability to lift 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experienceCompany vehicle, laptop, and cell phoneMedical and dental insurancePaid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidaysOpportunities for career growth and professional developmentStable, long-term opportunity with a growing companyInterested candidates may apply by sending in an updated resume.
