Qualifications Previous experience as fish cutter, seafood processor, sushi prep cook or similar role preferred Knowledge of sushi-grade fish and proper seafood handling procedures. Strong knife skills and ability to work with precision. Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment while maintaining quality.
