State of Location: Illinois Position Summary: As an outpatient orthopedic clinician, you will work with patients across a range of ages and diagnoses based on each clinic’s specialty. Your treatment sessions are individualized, with a patient‑centered focus and approach. Design and implement individualized treatment sessions that emphasize patient‑centered outcomes. Collaborate with occupational, speech, and ABA therapists to create comprehensive care plans. Maintain accurate and timely documentation using tools such as ScribeIQ. Engage in professional development activities such as mentorship, residency education, and specialty program development. Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist in Illinois or pending license as a Physical Therapist in the treating state. Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program. Eagerness to grow, learn, and pursue specialties outside standard orthopedics (sports, pelvic, vestibular, pediatric, neuro, geriatrics, etc.). Team‑player mindset with strong collaboration skills. Bilingual ability is a plus but not required. Compensation Salary: $85,000 to $100,000 per year (based on experience, location, CHT certification, etc.). Clinician bonus plan: up to $1,192.31 per paycheck ($31,000 annually). Welcome bonuses or student loan repayment up to $10,000 for certain opportunities.
