Diesel Mechanic

We are seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic to maintain, diagnose, and repair our fleet of heavy diesel vehicles and yard transport equipment. In this position, you will be responsible for keeping our haulers, wheel loaders, forklifts, and mobile delivery units running at peak performance to support high-volume distribution across our facilities. Pay $35/hr+

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance, inspections, and diagnostics on diesel trucks, tractor-trailers, wheel loaders, and forklifts.

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, air brake, and engine emissions systems (DEF/SCR).

• Complete oil changes, tire service, brake replacements, tune-ups, and fluid flushes according to scheduled intervals.

• Utilize diagnostic software to troubleshoot engine fault codes and electronic control modules (ECMs).

• Ensure all fleet vehicles comply with federal, state, and DOT safety guidelines.

• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and inventory tracking for replacement parts.

The essential functions of this role include:
