What You'll Do
- Provide administrative support to the Sales & Catering team
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and sales materials
- Manage inquiries, bookings, and CRM data (Delphi)
- Run and distribute sales reports and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate group details (menus, amenities, materials)
- Support site visits, sales trips, and client communications
- Assist with reservations and guest requests as needed
- 2+ years of administrative or hospitality experience
- Experience in hotels, events, or sales coordination preferred
- Strong organization and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Detail-oriented with strong time management
- Professional, positive, and team-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with Delphi, CRM systems, or hotel PMS preferred
- Canva/Adobe experience a plus
