Manufacturing Training Coordinator

Manufacturing Learning & Development AdministratorAre you passionate about creating exceptional learning experiences and helping employees grow? We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Manufacturing Learning & Development Administrator to support training programs that drive workforce development, operational excellence, and employee success across our manufacturing organization.In this role, you will help coordinate and support learning and development activities across manufacturing teams. You'll work closely with facilitators, plant leaders, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to ensure employees have access to the training, resources, and support they need to succeed.What you'll do:Coordinate training schedules, registrations, attendance tracking, and completion reporting.Support virtual, hybrid, and in-person training programs, workshops, and learning events.Prepare and distribute training communications, including invitations, reminders, updates, and follow-up materials.Maintain learning resources, training records, SharePoint sites, job aids, and program documentation.Coordinate training logistics, including room reservations, equipment, materials, catering, and facility needs.Manage inventory of training supplies and learning materials.Partner with plant teams, facilitators, vendors, and stakeholders to support successful program delivery.Assist with project tracking, action items, deadlines, reporting, and meeting coordination.Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance training operations and the learner experience.What you'll bring:Experience supporting training programs, learning and development initiatives, HR operations, or administrative functions.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.Experience maintaining records, working with spreadsheets, and supporting reporting activities.Ability to collaborate effectively with employees, leaders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.Nice to have:Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, safety, quality, technical training, or continuous improvement environments.Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training compliance tracking.Experience coordinating virtual, hybrid, or instructor-led training programs.Exposure to dashboards, surveys, reporting tools, or data visualization solutions.Experience with process documentation, standard work, and knowledge management practices.Why join us?This is an opportunity to play a meaningful role in developing a skilled workforce while supporting learning programs that contribute to safety, quality, productivity, and operational excellence.
