Chief People Officer: Strategy, Culture & Growth Leader

OnPath Federal Credit Union is seeking a visionary Chief People Officer (CPO) to guide strategic growth and foster a high-performance culture in Metairie, Louisiana. Reporting directly to the Executive Leadership Team, the CPO will focus on developing and implementing essential HR initiatives across talent management, learning and development, and total rewards.
