Location: Topsfield, Massachusetts
Schedule: Full-Time
Pay Range: $40–$49/hour

We are seeking an experienced Charge Nurse (LPN or RN) who is passionate about resident-centered care, teamwork, and guiding nursing staff to provide the highest quality care possible.

What You’ll Do

As a Charge Nurse, you will oversee the daily nursing operations on your unit while providing direct resident care and supporting your nursing team throughout the shift.

Responsibilities include:

• Supervising and supporting CNAs and nursing staff during the shift
• Providing direct nursing care, treatments, and medication administration
• Monitoring resident conditions and communicating changes appropriately
• Ensuring accurate documentation, physician order transcription, and care plan updates
• Coordinating admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Helping create a calm, respectful, and team-oriented environment for residents, families, and staff
• Maintaining compliance with facility policies, infection control standards, and nursing regulations
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to support quality resident outcomes

Requirements:

• Current LPN or RN license in Massachusetts
• Previous long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience preferred
