You'll dive deep into the company's business model and market landscape while collaborating with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives. Using your financial acumen, problem-solving skills, and intellectual curiosity, you'll prepare decision-quality business cases and create compelling presentations for the investment committee and executive leadership. Your analysis will directly shape key business decisions, ensuring proposed projects are viable and aligned with the company's growth objectives. Throughout the day, you'll conduct industry research, competitive analysis, and risk assessments to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential threats. You'll also maintain and update the acquisition database, providing accurate, up-to-date insights that drive informed decisions. By combining strategic thinking with meticulous attention to detail, your work will play a pivotal role in shaping First Onsite's growth strategy and long-term success. Responsibilities Prepare presentation materials, investment overviews, and business cases for executive review Conduct financial analysis, modeling, and evaluation of strategic initiatives Support development of financial assumptions, risk assessment, and project ROI Perform industry research, competitive analysis, and track restoration trends Assist in building and maintaining acquisition and strategic initiative databases Support due diligence, data room management, and execution of major initiatives Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic projects Maintain scorecards and generate regular performance and trend reports Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and creative problem-solving skills Experience & Education 1+ years of relevant experience in corporate development, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, large-scale global management consulting, or accounting Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field First Onsite provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
