Position Highlights

• Orthopedic surgery with a sports medicine focus
• Employment model with full administrative and clinical support
• Two office locations: Tomball and The Woodlands
• Monday-Friday schedule with dedicated OR block time
• Shared practice call: 1:4 | Paid hospital call: 1:9
• Collaborative support staff including CMAs, radiology technologists, APPs, and PT/OT professionals
• Hospital privileges at TOPS Surgical Specialty Hospital and HCA Tomball
• Enhanced earning potential through compensated call coverage at multiple hospitals and available physician investment opportunities, including ownership participation in a surgical hospital.

Candidate Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Orthopedic Surgery (ABOS)
• Eligible for Texas medical licensure
