Warehouse Supervisor

WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR
Report to Warehouse Manager and work with General Manager
30 employees on team
Role: 7:30am- 5pm / M-F onsite
Required Experience :
- Work with commodities in recent jobs.
- Experience with a barcode system.
- Experience in distribution companies.
- 4+ years in a Leadership role
- Manage a team
- Hire or Term employees
- Worked with Senior Management.
- Warehouse improvements
- Strong Computer skills
- Work with FedEx and UPS and shipping systems in following shipping guidelines.
- US college degree
Desired Experience Request :
- Experience or understanding of chargebacks with retailers.
- Experience with contract negotiations with UPS & Fed Ex.
- Experience with E-commerce orders
- Experience with big box retailers.
Duties :
- Communicate and execute policy and processes for warehouse employees
- Cross train team in various roles
- Assist in implementing scanners for inventory processing
- Assist in ERP changes
- Reviews process for better improvements
- Assist in implementation of new technologies
- Work on cutting back on expenses
- Review invoices and follow process for Fed Ex and UPS
- Follow and implement all WH and company policies.
- Improve processes to get jobs out in a 3-day window
