Job Description Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse

Our organization is in search of a dedicated and empathetic Registered Nurse to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in Ansted, WV. This position focuses on delivering resident-centered care to enhance the well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct clinical care, including thorough assessments and care planning.
Administer medications and perform wound care as needed.
Monitor and evaluate the health conditions of residents regularly.
Work collaboratively with Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), therapists, and healthcare providers.
Support residents in long-term care, short-term rehabilitation, and post-acute recovery.

Qualifications and Requirements

Current Registered Nurse license.
Strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
