Store Sales Leader — Shoes & Apparel

Summary Lead store sales and operations for the shoes and ready-to-wear departments, driving revenue and delivering an elevated client experience. Coach and develop the sales team to meet individual and store targets while maintaining visual and merchandising standards. Oversee day-to-day floor operations to ensure smooth service and product availability. Responsibilities Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and KPIs. Develop and maintain clienteling programs to grow repeat business and customer loyalty. Ensure merchandise is presented according to visual standards and seasonal directives. Manage inventory flow, receiving, stockroom organization, and loss prevention practices. Create staff schedules, conduct performance reviews, and support hiring decisions. Collaborate with management on promotions, events, and corrective action to improve results. Requirements 4+ years of retail management or supervisory experience, preferably in shoes and ready-to-wear. Proven track record of meeting sales targets and developing sales teams. Strong customer service, clienteling, and communication skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
