Part-Time Leasing Consultant

Overview Description : The Part-Time Leasing Consultant will serve as the front-line sales professional at an assigned community and will be responsible for driving occupancy and revenue performance. This role requires a motivated closer who will provide a world-class experience to residents and thrives in a fast paced, team-based environment. In this role, success means living our standards every day: Build trust fast through consistent follow-up and clear communication Create standout experiences that turn tours into leases Take ownership of every lead, every follow-up, and every result Execute the basics flawlessly—speed, accuracy, and preparation Continuously improve and refine your sales approach What You’ll Do Sales & Leasing Convert leads into leases through phone, online, and in-person interactions Deliver high-impact tours that identify needs, create urgency, and close Proactively follow up and nurture leads to maximize conversion Maintain strong knowledge of pricing, availability, and competitors Achieve and exceed community leasing goals and occupancy targets Execute strategies that drive traffic, increase qualified leads, and maximize revenue Respond to leads quickly with a sales-first mindset Resident Experience Provide excellent customer service and serve as an example to your team as a representative of Peak & your community Build rapport quickly and tailor the experience to each prospect Support resident satisfaction to drive renewals and referrals Community Operations Support Complete lease paperwork accurately and collect deposits Maintain CRM accuracy and prospect data Support office presentation and model readiness Assist in performance of annual turn process Maintain thorough product knowledge of the property and competition Assist with market surveys as needed Perform various administrative tasks Assist with all move-out and move-in events as well as collect deposits and/or fees associated with move-in What You’ll Need Sales or leasing experience (1+ year required) Demonstrated success achieving sales, leasing, or conversion targets Experience using CRM systems such as Yardi, Entrata, RealPage, or similar Strong follow-up discipline with evidence of multi-touch outreach (calls, emails, texts) Achieve high prospect satisfaction through timely follow-up and personalized tours Ability to work weekends and peak leasing hours What You’ll Get Commission-eligible role with strong earning potential Housing discounts (varies by community) 401(k) match Growth and leadership development opportunities Wellness programs and team competitions Additional rewards and recognition #J-18808-Ljbffr
