October 5, 2026 , offering a consistent weekday schedule with

no call responsibilities . The provider will primarily support an established dermatology practice, with primary coverage at

Clifton Springs . About the facility

This opportunity is with a well-established

outpatient dermatology clinic

that provides comprehensive dermatologic care in a collaborative clinical setting. Providers are supported by experienced clinical staff, with approximately

one LPN, RN, or Medical Assistant for every 12 patients , ensuring efficient patient flow and high-quality care. Compensation:

Provide comprehensive outpatient dermatology care. Evaluate, diagnose, and manage dermatologic conditions. See approximately

25-35 patients per day . Document patient encounters using

Epic EMR . Collaborate with physicians and clinical support staff to deliver quality patient care. Primarily provide coverage for the

location. Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation. Qualifications

Board Certified Physician Assistant

(required). Active

New York Physician Assistant license

(required; must be in hand). BLS certification

required. Minimum

3 years of recent dermatology experience

required. Recent

Epic EMR experience

required. Updated work history with

no employment gaps of 30 days or more . If applicable, a physician statement is required for any malpractice history, regardless of dismissal status. Candidate submission must include current
