Job Description Job Summary: This is a senior level position in application/system engineering. Responsibilities Defining analog IC and power module products. Developing and debugging reference circuits. Writing datasheets and application/design notes. Providing application support and technical training. Essential Functions Work with design engineers, field applications team, and marketing to define analog IC products in DC/DC converters for CPU, GPU, ASIC, and SOC. Work with customer and field application team to provide total power solution. Develop application reference circuits and system level power management. Write datasheets, application notes, design notes and papers in magazines and conferences to promote MPS products. Qualifications / Requirements 8+ years of hands‑on experience in switch‑mode power supply hardware designs. Prior experience on schematics and layout designs. Self‑motivated and can‑do attitude. Fluent communication skills in English. Excellent writing and presentation skills toward customers. Prior experience in defining power management IC or power modules is highly preferred.
