Position Overview EA is seeking an experienced environmental scientist with a focus on natural resources. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing ecological assessment, permitting and restoration projects nationwide with a stong emphasis on wetland related projects. The successful applicant will work primarily out of the mid-Atlantic region, but will support offices across the county. Responsibilities Leading a variety of natural resource field surveys, data collection and management and report writing. Mentor junior and mid-level staff. Interact with clients and agency representatives. Develop and lead proposal efforts. Note: This position will require some out-of-state travel approximately once per month. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 7-10 years experience with wetland delineations and wetland permitting Experienced with vegetation identification Note: This position requires specific driving duties. You must be able to pass a motor vehicle records check required by our insurer.
