Agile Leader/ Coach

Agile Leader/ Coach Seeking a hands‑on Agile Coach to support multiple IT Operations / Infrastructure teams operating in a high‑interruption, reactive Kanban environment. This is an embedded operational coaching engagement, not a Scrum training role. Looking for someone with proven experience driving sustainable Agile transformations across Ops, SRE, Infrastructure, NOC, IT Support, or Platform teams with varying maturity levels.
