Our estimating team is the engine behind our growth, and we're looking for a Senior Estimator who brings the skill, precision, and drive to help us win complex industrial and bridge projects.

What You'll Do

• Prepare accurate, competitive structural steel estimates for industrial and bridge projects
• Review bid documents, drawings, and specifications to fully understand and capture project scope
• Develop detailed cost estimates and proposals for fabrication and supply of structural steel
• Coordinate sub-supplier quotes, purchase orders, and contracts — including scope, pricing, and schedules
• Track and manage design changes and project revisions throughout the bid lifecycle
• Prepare change order pricing and proposal documentation
• Communicate with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure clarity and accuracy at every stage

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience estimating structural steel fabrication projects — industrial and/or bridge experience strongly preferred
• Deep understanding of heavy fabrication processes and structural steel materials
• Ability to read and interpret complex construction drawings and specifications
• Working knowledge of detailing and erection fit-up considerations
• Strong organizational skills — you can manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously without dropping the ball
• Clear, confident communicator with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
• Self-starter who takes ownership and works well with minimal supervision
