ASCP Medical Technologist

MLR Healthcare is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technicians (MLT) to join a team of professionals at a distinguished hospital, located just an hour from Centerton, Arkansas. Pay: $51,953 - $85,398

Key Responsibilities:

Operate specialized equipment to analyze samples and verify test results accurately.
Maintain strict quality control by following established procedures and protocols.
Perform complex testing on patient samples with precision and attention to detail.
Schedule : 12-hour shifts

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Associate degree in Clinical Laboratory Science from an accredited program (Military Degrees accepted).
Current certification as a Clinical Laboratory Technician or Medical Laboratory Technician through NCA, ASCP, AMT, or exam eligible.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or American Red Cross.
