We’re hiring two Tax Associates to support our expanding client base. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2–4 years of hands‑on tax preparation experience who wants to build a long‑term career with a supportive local team. Responsibilities What You'll Do: Build and manage meaningful relationships with new and existing clients Prepare and review individual, corporate, partnership, and multi‑state tax returns Coordinate client deliverables and ensure timely, accurate filings Conduct tax research and identify planning opportunities for clients Perform tax projections and proactive consulting Participate in IRS/state correspondence and representation when needed Work in a modern, paperless, cloud‑based environment Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field CPA, EA license or actively working towards 3+ years of recent experience preparing individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns Strong technical skills in tax preparation software ( Lacerte experience preferred) Excellent attention to detail and ability to thrive in a deadline‑driven environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Additional Information What We Offer: Competitive base salary (targeting $70,000 – $88,000+ depending on experience and credentials) $5,000 Signing Bonus — $1,500 after 30 days + $3,500 after 180 days Performance‑based bonus structure Paid Health, Vision and Dental Insurance 401(k) with company match Generous PTO and flexible scheduling outside of tax season Professional development support (CPA exam, continuing education) #J-18808-Ljbffr Elevation Tax
