• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (plus applicable reimbursements)

What You’ll Do

• Provide OB hospital coverage during busy shifts
• Manage labor and delivery in a high-volume setting
• Collaborate with OB hospitalists, community OBs, MFM teams, and CNMs
• Assist with patient assessments, deliveries, and postpartum care
• Support the hospital’s obstetric protocols and emergency procedures
• Maintain documentation per facility guidelines
• Participate in team communications and patient safety initiatives

What You Need

• Valid Arizona medical license
• Board Certified or eligible in OB/GYN
• At least 2 years of OB experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to work night shifts and travel within specified states (ND, SD, NE, KS, OK, TX)
