This position plays a key role in supporting employees and managers throughout the employee lifecycle while helping ensure our HR programs, processes, and policies are effective, compliant, and employee-focused. As part of a collaborative HR team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, leave management, employee support, compliance, and HR operations. We are looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and creating a positive experience for employees at every stage of their career with WGM. What You Will Do Manage full-cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate communications. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a positive employee experience. Administer leave programs, including FMLA and other protected leaves. Support employee benefit programs, open enrollment, and employee education efforts. Serve as a resource to employees and managers regarding HR policies, benefits, and employment-related questions. Maintain HR records and administer HR systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Coordinate performance review processes and support employee development initiatives. Assist with compliance activities, audits, reporting, and continuous improvement of HR programs and processes. What We Are Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 2-5 years of progressive HR experience, including recruiting, benefits, leave administration, or HR compliance. Working knowledge of HR best practices and applicable employment laws and regulations. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship‑building skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Experience with HRIS platforms; ADP Workforce Now experience is a plus. SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR credential, or desire to pursue professional certification.
