Digital Advertising Manager

The Role: We are looking for a mid-career (5+ years), dashboard-savvy digital advertising professional who loves the technical side of the job. If you enjoy the granular details of planning, executing, and reporting on complex digital ad campaigns, you will fit right in. You'll be owning accounts, interacting with clients, and looking for patterns in data to achieve client goals.

Core Responsibilities:

Strategize, implement, and analyze digital advertising campaigns across programmatic, social media, search, content-discovery, and other emerging platforms.
Own accounts and drive budgetary optimization across the full digital advertising ecosystem.
Track spending and campaign trends to determine what is working best, focusing heavily on attributable ROI and ROAS.
Collaborate directly with our creative and communications teams to conceive and execute strategic advertising concepts.

What You Bring:

Experience: Mid-career expertise in digital advertising and ad operations.
Technical Chops: In-depth, advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and the broader digital media landscape.
Analytical Mindset: A strong familiarity with data analysis and a knack for problem-solving to hit client goals.
The Right Attitude: You care about results, communicate clearly, and know what you don't know—possessing the drive to improve and the humility to learn from mistakes.
