If you have a passion for helping others and want to work in a supportive environment, we want to hear from you! 1) M-F, 6am-830am in downtown San Jose. Experience with Children and Autism preferred. 2) Saturdays, 9a-5pm in South San Jose. Experience working with adults with Autism preferred. 3) Backup Caregiver: Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, covering caregiver time off, and eventually being assigned a permanent client who is a perfect fit! Caregiver Pay Range $21 - $24 per hour Caregiver Benefits Weekly Pay w/ Direct Deposit Flexible work schedules Device & Mileage reimbursement Employee Referral Bonuses High Quality Paid Training from our Director of Nursing (RN). Ongoing training. 401K with Company Match once qualified Supportive and respectful work environment & Direct Access to Ownership Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation Provide companionship and emotional support Help with light housekeeping and laundry Monitor and report changes in clients’ well-being or behavior Follow care plans and safety protocols Assist with medication reminders Provide transportation or accompany clients to appointments as needed Foster independence and promote social interaction Qualifications Previous caregiver experience required Must register as a Home Care Aide with CDSS 18 years old and a High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of automobile insurance are required Ability to pass a live scan background check and drug screening CPR certification TB test or chest x-ray Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient, and dependable attitude We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against applicants on the basis of race, ethnicity, gender, veteran status, or disability or any other federal, state, or local protected class. #J-18808-Ljbffr
