Eataly North America is seeking a Bread Production Sales Associate for our 24-hour bakery in Los Angeles. You will produce bread and focaccia following authentic Italian recipes, and support both our restaurants and retail operations. Reports to the Bakery Manager. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ year of baker experience, basic math, and strong work ethic.
