Rebates Specialist

Position Summary The Rebate Specialist is primarily responsible for managing rebate relationships. Responsibilities Manage the rebate process for efficiency of rebate-related tasks. Submit rebate requests and renewals to principals as initiated by Sales Advocates, including updates of Sage X3 and internal communication. Perform regular rebate audits to ensure timely and accurate information in Sage X3. Review and make corrections to invoices using the credit/rebill function (e.g., rebates, freight, cost, inventory adjustments). Create and submit month‑end rebate reporting to principals and reconcile credit memos. Assist Accounting team members as necessary to assure all month‑end activities are completed per PH policy. Ensure all documents are saved per PH policy. Provide backup to other pricing team members when necessary. Perform any other duties assigned by management. Requirements Education: Associate Degree preferred. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related role. Knowledge and Skills: Intermediate level of expertise in MS Office, especially Excel, and Contact Management Software. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to maintain professional conduct that exemplifies corporate policies when interacting with internal and external customers. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion. Detail‑oriented with strong, accurate clerical skills. Proficient at multi‑tasking. Proactive problem solver. Highly motivated. Physical Requirements Satisfactory motor skills relevant to the position. Ability to sit for long periods of time. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
